Parent's Day Out is a special ministry at King City Church in Lexington, Kentucky. We provide part-time childcare for children aged 2 to 5 years old.
Located at 133 Trade Street, King City Church is a safe and clean facility featuring a child-centered program and qualified caregivers. We thank you for choosing King City Church for your child’s care and commit ourselves to maintaining high standards for you and your family.

Cost
Tuition Rates
The tuition rate is $29 per day.
Enrollment Fee
A non-refundable enrollment fee of $50.00 is charged when you enroll your child. This charge is per child and is a one-time fee.
If you sign up for a class with a waitlist, you will receive an email if a spot opens or another class is added.
Payment Options

Weekly Payments
We accept weekly payments with your subscription, charged one week before your scheduled attendance begins.
Fees and Payment Policy
Tuition is due one week prior to your child’s first week and each week thereafter.
Tuition is received by your choice of online payment or check.
If you pay tuition with a check and it is returned due to insufficient funds, there will be a $36 fee assessed to your account.
If you ever have questions or need to speak to someone about your child’s tuition, please contact the Parent’s Day Out Program Director.
Payment is expected on time. Unpaid tuition can result in a child being suspended until tuition is paid.
Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. Fees must be paid whether the child is in attendance or not.
Late payment for tuition is subject to a $30 fee each week of a late payment
If outstanding balance reaches 2 weeks tuition, student(s) will be suspended from King City Church’s Parent’s Day Out Program.
Families will have 3 weeks to pay outstanding balance until outstanding balance in full. If the balance has not been paid in full at the end of 3 weeks, students will lose their spots in the classroom.
Discounts and Scholarships
Because our program is priced low, we do not offer discounts or scholarships.
We do not offer a sibling discount.
Funding Our Program
As a self-supporting ministry of King City, we use tuition and fees to pay our expenses, teacher salaries, and purchase supplies.
Schedule
Children can be enrolled for 1 or 2 days per week.
2-year-old room
Mondays, Wednesdays
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
1 teacher per 7 children
Each classroom will have at least 2 teachers.
3-year-old room
Mondays, Wednesday
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
1 teacher per 7 children
Each classroom will have at least 2 teachers.
4-5 Year-Old Room
Mondays, Wednesday
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
1 teacher per 10 children
Each classroom will have at least 2 teachers.
What to Bring
Please label all personal items with your child’s first and last name.

All children must wear shoes with back support. No flip-flops or open-back sandals will be permitted.
